About the role
Lead a transformative mental health organisation dedicated to fostering community well-being and innovative mental health solutions in the NT.

As Chief Executive Officer, you will lead and shape the strategic direction of TeamHEALTH, ensuring its continued growth and sustainability.
Reporting to the Board, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of services, cultivate key partnerships, and spearhead initiatives to expand the organisation’s strategic initiatives.
This role is ideal for an experienced strategic leader with a passion for community well-being and mental health advocacy, who is ready to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and lead a high-performing team. The position offers a unique chance to influence mental health outcomes while navigating the dynamic landscape of NDIS services, ensuring that TeamHEALTH remains a leading provider in the region.
